No, no, it’s not an ego trip and certainly not an article about superman.

“The Way Of The Superior Man” is a title of a book by David Deida, which I received as a gift for my birthday a couple of months ago. I haven’t had a chance to look at it until recently, and being so impressed I had to recommend it to you.

In fact, I’m guilty in judging books by their covers… or, more specifically, by their table of content. And this book is no different; just that in this book, I came across a chapter title like “Don’t Suggest That A Woman Fix Her Own Emotional Problems”…

You have to admit that such a title does inspire curiosity. Other “suspicious” titles were, “Enjoy Your Friend’s Criticism”, and “Own Your Darkest Desires”… what about, “Turn Your Lusts Into Gifts” or that one title that got me to raise my eyebrows at least… “Ejaculate Up The Spine”… Yep, that’s a title of a chapter, and believe it or not – he means it!

This book is more than just about masculine-feminine relationship; it’s also about self fulfillment. More importantly, it’s about making love with the world around you… Yes, Mr. Deida uses that exact metaphor in his book – you’re penetrating the world when you live through it, according to him, and that metaphor only grows with every chapter you read.

It’s about facing the challenges of life, regardless of your gender. Men and women alike can find those “on the spot” ideas to work on their minute beliefs.

I think that if anything else, this book should be a gift you give to someone (or yourself, for a start) who’s still trying to make sense of the world and life in it.

Anyhow, it’s really a good book. Even though I was quite skeptical when I scanned through the chapters that had those titles, the book did impress me quite a lot.

To make sure I don’t miss on the opportunity, I bought copies to some of my friends as well, marking some key phrases which hit the nail right on the…
